We all need the perfect lunch once in a while, and today I finally had it! Perfect Grilled Mahi Mahi soft tacos from our local tavern, not too much and not too little. The fish was marinated in lime juice and cilantro and grilled only just long enough to have some caramelized bits at the edges but not lose any juiciness. Served with diced tomatoes and sour cream and topped with a perfect half-moon of silky avocado, it was sublime. Of course I did add some pico de gallo and hot sauce, but who can blame a girl for gilding the lily once in a while?
